Soup Noodles: Box

These soup noodles are cut from Malfadine pasta scraps. Same dough, same process, just a different use.

They are made for broth. The rough surface pulls flavor in instead of letting it pass through. Good for simple soups, long simmers, and cold nights when you want something filling but straightforward.

Each box is roughly 0.8 pounds net weight.

Like all Zelli pasta, these noodles are bronze die extruded, which leaves a textured surface instead of a smooth, shiny one. That texture matters when you want noodles that actually carry flavor.

The semolina is organic durum wheat grown and milled in North America. The flour is milled to order, not pulled from long storage.

It shows in the texture and the taste.
