Coop's Salted Caramel Sauce

This is small batch salted caramel sauce made the slow way. Copper kettles, controlled heat, and simple ingredients.

It is made with pure dairy, cane sugar, and salt. Nothing extra. The result is a deep caramel flavor with a clean balance of sweet and salt.

The texture is thick, smooth, and pourable. It drizzles over ice cream without hardening and stays creamy as it cools.
