Coop's Original Hot Fudge

This is small batch hot fudge made the slow way. It has been refined over years, not rushed.

Made with high quality European chocolate and pure dairy. The flavor is deep and dark, with sweetness kept in check so it does not taste artificial.

The texture is thick straight from the jar and smooth when warmed. On ice cream it sets with a soft chew instead of turning hard.
