This is fine ground Celtic sea salt in a glass shaker. It is unbleached, unrefined, and meant to be used daily.

Most table salt is stripped down and processed until nothing is left but sodium chloride. This one is dried at low temperatures and ground from light grey Celtic sea salt, which keeps its natural mineral content intact.

The grind is fine enough for baking and table use, with a softer flavor than coarse salts. It seasons food without overpowering it.
