This is light grey Celtic sea salt in its coarse, whole crystal form. It is unrefined and left as it comes from the salt beds.

The crystals are hand harvested and dried naturally by sun and wind. The salt retains some of the ocean’s moisture, along with its natural trace minerals.

The light grey color comes from the clay lining of the salt beds where it is collected. Nothing is added and nothing is stripped away.

Non-GMO verified and Kosher. Lower sodium than standard table salt and suitable for paleo-style cooking.
